Our mission is bigger than the coffee itself.
Yes, we are setting out to represent that coffee by being diligent and quality-focused during the roasting process, but it’s more than that.
Our coffee products represent the people who carefully cultivated, processed, and delivered their hard work to our door. We expect that our relationship with them will ultimately increase their livelihoods and start to close the income gap in their communities.

Our Priority
While we love that specialty Tanzanian coffee can be enjoyed all around the globe, we also desire that local communities have the opportunity to enjoy the fruit of their labor. Roasting top quality coffee enables us to educate local consumers who can then share in the global coffee experience.
We care deeply for the people preparing and consuming our coffee.
Our attention to craftsmanship in the roasting lab is driven by the desire for coffee shop owners, baristas, and other customers to know what they are serving and enjoying coffee ethically.
